Safe in her new home. Loved and cared for - what a tranformation!
Lloyd in his new home. Falls asleep after first day at his beautiful new home! He is finally getting that great amount of attention with three kids to mess around with!
When little, bitty Darby showed up from Oklahoma at her foster home, she was a 15lb "hot mess". She had infections and heartworms. While she was vetted, she was loved on, and kept quiet and her little personality blossomed. She was adopted by the perfect lady and her adopted BAM dog, Butters. She is now called Bunny Bob, is best buddies with Butters, and accompanies her mom to the nursing home to visit her 92 year old "Grandmother". She's become a hit with the residents there and now she makes regular visits. This is what her adoptive "mom" said in a recent email. "My mom died June 19th & I must say that the happiest I saw her in her last days was when BB the therapy dog visited. There was certainly a connection and I am so thankful I adopted BB if only for that reason. She is such a terrific dog & she is great friend for Butters. I've never had two dogs play together like they do."
What a difference a tiny little dog can make! As her foster "mom", I must say, this little sweetheart will forever hold a special place in my heart!
Penelope (formerly Lola) with her forever family.
After being dumped out of a car at a gas station and being found by a family member of a previous adoptive family, our super sweet boy, Max (formerly Marty), is happy in his new home!
This little girl, Cassie, was left by owners in a garage to survive. This is what her new family emailed recently.
" Hi Georgeanne, One year ago today our little munchkin came into our lives. Thank you for allowing us to adopt her. My husband and I can't imagine our lives without our little "cashew" as we call her lovingly!!
We love hearing from our adoptive families!
The DOORSTEP DOLLIES! Sisters and precious rescues from a dumping on a doorstep when they were 10 weeks old. They are 3 now. What beautiful girls!
This was a pregnant mom we named Aubie. She had 7 puppies, all raised by a wonderful foster.
